Owen turned 9 today! Yikes! Our firstborn is halfway to 18! We had a little party with some of his buddies from school. Bowling, laser obstacle course, video games, & pizza seemed to keep them all pretty happy. It is fun to watch them all interact and listen to what they chat about. After we got back to our house, they disappeared to the basement and an all-out nerf/dart/ball/block war ensued. They even let the girls play but 2 of them were upstairs in tears in no time. Malia hung tough with the guys. Owen was reminding me yesterday that he is only 1 year and 1 day away from double digits in age. Oh, please don't remind me! Time is going by very quickly!
