Kindergarten Graduation

Malia graduated from Kindergarten tonight! There were 3 kindergarten classes that all joined together for the final program and graduation. They sang, quoted verses, and got their diplomas. Malia loved kindergarten and her teacher so much that she would have been just fine if school would have continued into the summer. Just another reminder for me of how quickly time passes, how fast my children are growing up, and how much I need to treasure each and every day with them!

I always thought it was so sweet how these 2 became good little friends. Malia said she was walking by Emily on the 3rd day of school and Emily said, "I don't have a friend yet, will you be my friend?" Malia was quiet and shy so she was eager to make a friend and they have been the best of buddies all year long.

Congratulations, Malia! These are great pictures of you and you are so beautiful--inside and out. You were just a babe in your mother's arms when your great grandpa Tucker celebrated birthday #85. How special you both "graduated" on the same night!
