1st grade is the year to read to Mom & Dad. Malia has worked hard and finished up reading LOTS and LOTS of books. My 2 oldest love to read and the 2 little ones love to have books read to them. I should have a picture of us when we leave the public library. Last time we 80+ books, so everyone had quite a pile to carry to the car. 
3rd grade is the year of book reports. Owen is on his last one but since it is a PowerPoint presentation, he works on it during computer class at school.
He is also finishing up a research paper on stingrays and then I think all the big projects are done! He couldn't be more ready for summer!
