We got out all the winter hats & gloves the other day to assess what we needed to buy for the winter. Meredith had fun trying it all on but especially liked the earmuffs. She is quite the character lately. She constantly is trying to get in the middle of whatever Owen & Malia are doing and they don't always like that so much. She will finally fold her hands for mealtime prayer now, but afterwards says Mommy look (shows me her hands) and I say Good Job! and then she proceeds to say everyone else's name too and wants a Good Job! statement from them as well or she will just keep saying it over & over. Owen is not amused at this and wonders how long he is going to have to keep affirming her :-) Phil has decided that she has some type of sleep disorder as about every 7-8 days she has a nite where she is up from about 12:00-3:00. Phil & I just take turns putting her back in bed about every half hour when she starts opening & closing the bedroom door or climbing in bed with Malia which causes Malia to start yelling. After 3 hrs the other nite I just put her in bed with us and she finally went to sleep. She is a cuddle bug though and loves to come in and snuggle with us in the mornings. Her favorite phrase right now is "I DO IT". - quite the normal 2yr old I guess.
