Brooklyn had her 4 month check up today. She weighed in at 14lbs 9oz which put her in the 65th percentile. All of my other kids have always been in the 15-20 percentile for weight when they were babies, so now I know why that carseat seems so heavy to lug around. Malia really didn't want to see her getting shots so she hid under the exam table & held her ears instead. Brooklyn is still sleeping in the pack & play crib in our room but I think it is about time to set up the big crib and let her have a little more space. She has started getting that "separation anxiety - where's my mommy" syndrome and sticks out her bottom lip before she gets ready to wail. She really likes to have a blanket around her face when she sleeps but always manages to end up covering her head with it. We are always peeking in on her and pulling it back down but it usually finds its way back to her head.
