Hightlights from Owen's summer of machine pitch baseball

1. Favorite fielding positions - anywhere in the infield except catcher or 1st base (those 2 spots see a little TOO much action apparently but the outfield is definitely TOO boring).

2. Hitting - he didn't strike out too much, but often hit it up the 1st base line so he learned to drop the bat and run FAST! Towards the end of the season, he even hit a couple of doubles.

3. Retiring the side - he had his best fielding inning while playing 3rd base and with runners on 1st & 2nd. The next three batters all hit the ball his way and he fielded them all and beat the runner to 3rd to force all 3 outs.

4. The score wasn't kept on his games, but he was pretty sure that his team won most of them.
